Radar Glance
Plan around rain with evidence
$0.99 · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Fast, full-screen animated radar that answers one question: will this place get wet during my plan? Scrub every frame, search any place, and save your spots.
Radar Glance answers the field question that matters: will this place get wet during my plan?
Open to a fast, full-screen animated radar. Scrub every frame the provider currently supplies, search any place, save locations, and compare the visible radar signal with official hourly forecast context in Rain Window.
RAIN WINDOW
Choose a place, start time, duration, and rain-probability threshold. Radar Glance checks:
- Radar pixels at that exact point for observed and provider-forecast frames
- Official National Weather Service hourly precipitation probability for supported US locations
- Active NWS weather alerts for the selected point
The result is deliberately honest: Rain is shown, Plan may get wet, No rain signal, or Not enough data. Each answer shows its confidence and evidence. If a provider offers no forecast radar, Radar Glance says so instead of inventing one.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, ads, tracking, analytics SDK, or developer backend. Location permission is optional and requested only after you use a location-based control. Saved places, plans, settings, and camera position remain on your device. To provide weather results, the coordinate you select is sent to RainViewer tile servers and, for supported US locations in Rain Window, api.weather.gov.
Radar Glance is for general weather awareness and planning. It does not issue warnings, guarantee dry conditions, or replace official watches, warnings, emergency alerts, national weather services, or local authorities.
