Customer Satisfaction
They are Always Pleasant, Always Courteous and Always Helpful. They make banking easy. Every time I think I have a less than enjoyable trip to the bank coming, they make it as painless as possible.
I was at another institution for many years. Radiant has earned my business through great customer service and support. They are now my primary financial institution.
Love the new app
They just updated their mobile banking. The quick preview of balances and automatic bill pay have worked really well!
Too many menus
Bill pay used to be an option on the main screen. Now to get to the Bill Pay dashboard you have to click two other screens, select the option off a menu.
While on the main screen they have marketing information instead and more than ample room for a Bill Pay Button.
Their Management team is clearly out of touch with how their app is utilized by their clients. Typical of modern management to be tone deaf.
