Must have radio app for KH

Awesome app to keep updating you to the today news in Cambodia, but Have one request, the thing is I work in a bad reception environment, and I want to listen to the radio while I'm working, but I can't get any signal at all. So my suggestion is: can you make it downloadable so I can download it from home and listen to it later at work of all majority radio?
