This what’s me and my teenagers here these great stories without waiting through long commercial breaks on the radio when we used to sit in the car just to hear these because it was the only place that got reception. Several times each story it backs up a few seconds and repeats but it is not completely unbearable. I don’t know if this is a flaw and maybe if fixed would be better but even my teenagers don’t complain. I’m just glad that myself and my children are able to even hear these gems from an era gone bye.
No customer service support
Thus is the most obscure site I’ve ever tried to contact for help! I have a current, fully paid app account but have not been able to access my programs because of a glitch that continually takes me to sign in screen. This has been happening the last two months and I stupidly re-subscribed. But today I cancelled my subscription through the AppStore because I can’t get any support from RadioSpirits. All my other apps work great on my iPhone 11 which has the latest updated version. I’ve tried turning phone off and on. Nothing! I called and talked with someone on the website but they told me it’s a selling of products only site not a technical support. What’s a person got to do to get some help?
Love the content, hate the app!
Just cancelled my subscription because of issues with the app. I like binging a show but the app won’t let you do it even though there’s a play all option. I was just listening to Suspense and had to pause for a moment. When I tried to resume playback, the app reloaded and all the Suspense episodes that I was listening to were gone and different ones loaded. I’ve had this happen time after time and it’s annoying. Sometimes three episodes of a series will load and then it may be 20. There’s no way to continue listening without this annoyance.
As I said, the content is awesome but the app ruins the listening experience.
