No # 1 in HOSPITALITY, Always has fresh coffee in lobby to relax and chill. Nice Rooms and if you have a problem they will take care of you. Close to Restaurants and Walmart.
It’s QUITE & PEACEFUL. You can’t go wrong staying here. Ms Wanda is always here to help and Ms Susie at Night to assure a pleasant stay. And be sure to ask about RADISSON REWARDS for points to accumulate and use for later stays. Your Visit is always WELCOMED and you enjoy your stay. Don't Bother To Use The App or Web Site

What used to be a good App has been destroyed. Any reservation I try to make on the App results in the App telling me I need to go to the Americas web site. Why??? What good is the App??? Then to make things worse, the Americas web site ends up with a screen saying "There was an unexpected issue" and telling me to call their on-line reservation agent. This has been a problem all year. Earlier this year Radisson sent me emails saying that I had two free nights because of my use of their affinity credit card. The emails had very little lead time and the inability to make reservations using the App or the web site telling me there was an unexpected issue resulted in me losing those free nights. Not even customer service could help me that time. Radisson - do you really want my business??? I currently have reservations for 10 night/rooms (at least I think I have) and because of these issues I may switch to using up my points, closing my account, cancelling my Radisson credit card and staying elsewhere in the future. And, please don't blame this on Covid-19 - my friends tell me that other hotels aren't having these kind of problems. Perhaps Radisson needs some Management oversight (or changes).

Technical difficulties

When I search for a hotel I get a message that says “something went wrong, try again later” This is so inconvenient when I am trying to book a hotel. I’ve come back and tried again hours later and still have the same message come up. I don’t have all day to just sit and constantly keep checking to see if it’s working. I always end up calling the hotel to book. The one time I did get through to make a reservation “something went wrong” and it said I didn’t complete the reservation so I did it again. Long story short I had 3 reservations when I finally called the actual hotel. Thank goodness they were understanding and happily cancelled the 2 I didn’t need. Fix these issues please!
