I’ve been loving learning about DeFi and this app has been very user friendly. I’ve been trading in the Gains platform, swapping and bridging coins, and checking out other services pretty regularly since downloading it. My only complaint is Ramp as a buying option. I tried buying $50 of Ethereum and the transaction has been processing for days and I have not gotten any response from Ramp support. Moonpay worked great, but I would stay away from buying from Ramp, at best they are incompetent and at worst they may be scamming people. Terrible customer service. Other than those schmucks, Rainbow has been great and I will continue to use them and recommend them the friend and acquaintances. Please drop Ramp or tell them to treat Rainbow customers with more respect and urgency.

I’ve only had a little experience with rainbow, but it has been an exciting one so far. I think that it’s going to be the platform for me to really introduce myself into the cryptocurrency universe. I have had a few opportunities to immerse myself in to Web3, but because of extenuating circumstances, I haven’t been able to explore these options. As much as I would like. Now that I might have some more time on my hands, I would like to utilize the entire realm of possibilities. and I believe rebuild will help me get there a little bit faster with a lot more style. I did one swap and was charged a $446 dollar fee! The transaction didn’t show me the charge of $446 before the swap, only the gas fee. IF YOU SWAP THE 20% PREMIUM FEE IS ON YOUR ENTIRE STACK OF CRYPTO YOU’RE SWAPPING NOT ON THE GAS FEE. It is not clear that the premium fee is not on the eth gas fee and looks intentionally deceiving probably on purpose to trick people into doing a premium swap. I left a Twitter comment with photo proof yesterday and they haven’t responded yet. If I get the charge back or any of my $446 Back that would be amazing. This is literally the only fault of the app that they don’t make it clear they’re taking 20% of your stack. Also it’s predatory that they’d even do such a 20% charge because like me I was in the middle of something and wanted to swap quickly I never would have imagined they’d have such a charge, I thought this app was safe. Kyber network and uniswap would never take 20% of your stack. Rainbow please make this right.

So I use this with Rarible and so far both this app and raribke have many problems when working with eachother. For example communication between the two apps is very poor. Rarible requires me to sign a message through rainbow wallet and sometimes the message doesn’t connect to rainbow wallet. Other times I recieve the sign message request but Rarible doesn’t receive it leaving a spinning loading wheel which causes the page to never load. I cannot even update my settings in Rarible since the communication between rainbow wallet and Rarible is so ineffective. I am beyond frustrated with the two services because I have invested a lot of time and money into this. Please fix issues with Rarible, and have better cross platform communication built into future updates.

Rainbow wallet always stood out because of its fun aesthetic and its attempt to make the arcane nature of blockchains and make them digestible. After a long break (kept buying but not a lot of on chain interaction due to bear market.) I started to use the wallet again thanks to its ledger integration. Wow is all I can say this feels pretty close to the mobile web 3 dream that was described years ago. After a month of interacting with different contracts I see very little need to use anything else but my phone, rainbow wallet and ledger. Thank you rainbow!!

What i like about this wallet is its transparency, clear language and security, they don't let any token that report unmatched liquidity information in their platform, also this app's interface is great, sometimes the fees are a little lower or higher but that's not the app fault, that has more to do with ETH network congestion, if you try to make a transaction, for example in their platform night will be lower or in the weekend etc. To the Rainbow Team, keep it up with this great project!

I transferred a bit to try it which cost a ton, then I now can’t get it out because those fees are so high. Eth has gone up in value , but it won’t let me use my eth balance so I’d have to put more money in to move my eth to cover the fee. I understand there is a fee to use the chain in general, but it’s the selling and moving cash to my bank account I’m talking about that’s high. If I transfer to my Gemini wallet it’s about 19 dollars which I could deal with in the event, I could easily transfer it using my current eth balance for the fee -but I as I understand it I need to transfer more dollar in which has another fee to do to pay the 18? Maybe it’s just me but Beware it’s not as easy as using some other platforms.

Love this highly intuitive and beautiful little app but after getting a new iPhone all transactions were failing. Turns out the iCloud sync process didn’t include the hash of my recovery phrase. So, word to the wise, if your transactions are failing, uninstall the app and rebuild the wallet from your recovery phrase. Or if you want a more managed process back this app up to iCloud. Don’t take my word for it. Google! But yeah, problem solved.

Might be the best wallet app of all the Ethereum wallet apps I have used. So many Ethereum wallets make UI so complicated. Rainbow is the complete opposite. Super easy setup and beautiful clean interface. Very sticky interface! Trust me I have searched around and only 1 or 2 come close to where Rainbow app is. I am looking forward to seeing them add a web3 browser and more tokens to swap. Also would be cool to get a Rainbow debit card one day. Sky’s the limit for this app, they are already doing so many things right.
