I’ve had about five different orders of 2-10 items of clothing that I bought from here and I only find about one, maybe zero, clothes that I like from those orders. I love my jeans, even though it’s hard to find my exact size since they never make jeans the same size anymore... That’s about it. The shirts are super thin and see through, they’re nothing like what it shows. I’d have to wear a tank top under all the shirts. I’m fat and I get hot easily. The shoes are not at all meant for wide feet so I’d avoid those. Even if they did fit my feet, a lot of them are really trashy... super cheep. Stuff you’d find at the dollar store.. I like this one parka jacket I found but still haven’t gotten a chance to actually wear it yet, but it’s a great fit.. only downside is that I had to order a size up... every since top runs small. If you’re a 1x, get a 2x. If you’re a 2x, get a 3x.. I’ve even had to order some 3x’s and they still run small. My regular size is usually 1x-2x depending on the shirt. Overall, it truly is a great store but just needs some tweaks. Love the variety of plus size clothing, shoes, and that they included a kids section. Especially that they have an app. But, I’m gonna have to stop shopping here, everything just either runs too small or way too big.
I seriously love love love that there is an app! There is two Rainbow shops that are within 20 minutes of my house. However the app just makes it so much easier. Definitely on it spending more than I would if there wasn’t an app but that’s a win for Rainbow lol! That’s kind of the best thing for me though.I don’t always have time to go to the store especially with my two year old. I love the prices. I love that shipping is free when you spend $50. I love all the different styles I can choose from and did I mention you can order from the app! I love it! Everything I have ordered is exactly what I was expecting or even better when I think of a particular simple dress I ordered. Everyone loved it on me. It was my first little black dress that I’ve ever owned because of my weight. I felt so sexy, flirtatious & classy wearing it. I’ve been recommending the app to all of my friends & telling them to order stuff. Thank you Rainbow.
I ordered items on 3/11 and it was shipped the next day 3/12. I checked my tracking number on the 13th and saw that the estimated delivery was supposed to be 3/14. I was surprised at the speed and was looking forward to seeing the items the next day. Background context I’ve lived at my building now for 2 years now. I’ve ordered from several different vendors and never had any packages go missing.So back to the issue which can either be at the fault of fedex or rainbow but come 3/14 at 11AM I check the tracking number again and it says it was delivered at 10:10 AM. I go downstairs to see absolutely nothing on the doorstep or in my mailbox. Reach out to Rainbow & Fedex for assistance and they both say they have to follow up with the driver and I should wait 4-5 for a follow up email. I don’t receive an email so 3/20 I call rainbow again and ask for an update. They have no update but do offer to reimburse me for the items I never received and I’ll wait the standard 3-5 business days for that. This I was content with. The statement that followed that one made me not want to order anything again. “If another package is to go missing after this instance we will then have to conduct another investigation that would take up to 30 days and only until the 30 days is finished would we determine if we would reimburse the purchase amount if the delivery company allows it”. But hey, guess it’s just their policy right?I will update later to say if and when I receive my refund for the items I didn’t receive. & I am not at all saying that everyone will experience this. Just wanted to share as a heads up.
I love viewing the newest trends online,However I don't like the fact that many of the items are not available in the stores; some of the items are available in stores but there is not easy way to find them unless you are able to call around and find staff willing to look for the items you want based on description because the item number online does not work. It would be great if Rainbow had an option to locate the items online.
I wish like forever 21 rainbows could do a ship to store method. I have a rainbows 10 minutes from my home so instead of spending $8 plus tax for a shirt that's on sale for $3 ...Rainbows should do ship to store and we can pick it up. This is why I usually shop at forever 21.Another feature will b great is reviews. I'd like to know if a pants are too big or too small. Like forever 21 this feature should be added too. It's the 2020s and we aren't free from the pandemic entirely (businesses will come and go) so Rainbows step up your game and make shopping easier for us women! So for now I'll keep shopping in forever 21. It's more affordable for me.
As soon as I updated this app, the stuff I had in my cart got deleted. On top of that that as soon as I open the app I continuously get notified that I need to update like every minute or two. I can’t even use the app, it doesn’t let me. The app has been updated. I proceeded to uninstall it and reinstall it and I’m still getting the same problem. I have turned off my phone and turned it back on and it doesn’t work. It’s upsetting all around that I can’t even use it. This is a regular app I use and it’s practically unusable since the last update. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and it’s been updated with the current iOS and still not working. Please fix this.
