·   Cardless cash withdrawals using MobileCash

There is issue when make RAK Cash in IOS device

Nice banking particularly digital banking

I’ll request in the updated application to add
Easy step for the credit card payment,
Now not possible to pay from the mobile application, in case you are out of the country then it’s difficult…!

Buggy and not user friendly

This app still has a lot of bugs. The RAKToken system does not work properly (cannot receive after a web-based transaction, can only manually generate). It keeps asking every time if I am a Business user or a Corporate user, even though I always tick the “remember my selection” box. So many bugs. The user experience is also terrible. Obviously whoever designed this app never uses it! It’s really bad, like what we would expect from the 1990s.
