DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Repetitive. Monotonous. Controlling. You cannot access the workout if a. You have already completed the workout for the day, and b. If it's your day off. So forget about planning ahead for the week as I like to do. And forget a or conserving your phone battery. Also, I tried to leave multiple reviews but it kept telling me that my nickname was already in use therefore deleting my multiple paragraphs. I hope this makes it for your sake. You must be informed that this is pure junk.

What a mess this app is!

Great idea but the app is a mess. You can’t lock your iPhone without shutting down the app - so if you want to put your phone in an armband, forget about it - it either stops the video or fast forwards it or shuts the app down altogether. They advertise that you can choose to listen to or watch her video or use your own playlist - but you can’t. If you try to play your own music, the app shuts down. And the music on her videos is really bad. Her exercise cues are vague and sometimes missing altogether. And on one video - the run/walk cardio - the video suddenly switches into an uphill workout, starting from the very beginning. It’s a mess and I’m surprised Apple approved it’s launch. Don’t waste your money.

Like it..I Love it

Read about Ramona in a Magazine and her 321 program, looked up the Ramona321 app and loaded it, easy with no aforementioned shutdown problems. Very impressed with the initial setup and evaluation. Each day is a different work program and catered to the level of your physical skill. My iPhone has many workout apps but Ramona321 is the best one, I don't loose enthusiasm with the apps various options from cardio and length of workouts. Thanks Ramona for creating an app that really works, I can see the changes in my body already. This app and trainer Ramona ROCK! Two thumbs up and a five star!
