Customer Service will not return calls in a timely manner
It has always been an issue since I began using ranch manager a few years back, but I have had enough. Customer service is near impossible to reach. My calls have never been answered and I must leave a message for a return call, this can take up to 4 days or more if it is returned at all. Most ranchers like me can’t wait around for a phone call like a desperate prom date hungry girl. I think the root of the problem is that Ranch Manager users have to pay up front and there is no real need for great customer service since they already have your money. I am switching providers at this time to one that gets a monthly fee and has a vested interest in keeping my business.
I have been using this app with the desktop software for almost 2 years now and really love it. I was nervous about spending this much on an app, but it was well worth it. I love the app for keeping track of my cow herd and the customer service is great. I have contacted them by phone and e-mail. Most of the time I receive a response within a couple of hours. The app continues to get better all the time with the updates. The best money I have ever spent on an app.
