Snap Feature Broken?

Paid for the yearly membership, but for some reason only the first few profiles I see everyday can share their Snapchat (only first few have the yellow button, after that it’s gray for the rest of the day)

What is this??

I’ve had this app for a couple weeks, and have yet to figure out what you can actually do with it. There seems to be no real description or instruction for the app anywhere: not in the app, not in the App Store, not on their website, not when searching Google.
Here’s what I’ve discovered by using it:
- It has a simple interface. You can scroll through “verification” videos of people of the opposite sex. (It claims you can “make friends”, but it seems more like a bare-bones dating app.)
- There are 3 options if you want to reach out to someone: 1) you can say “hi”, which basically just sends “hi” with a kissy-face at them, presumably to let the person know you like them without actually saying anything. 2) You can “chat”, which allowed me to send a few messages before it stopped working. 3) You can add them on Snapchat, which seems to be broken.
- I started with 50 “diamonds”, with no explanation of what a diamond is or what it’s for. I assumed they were for sending messages; however, after sending a few chats, I have 45 diamonds remaining and I’m unable to send any more. Trying to chat now takes me to a page where I am solicited to pay for a premium subscription - which allows for “unlimited instant chat” and “get unlimited diamond”.

In summary: no instructions or description of mechanics; seems buggy; broken English; but they want you to pay $9/week or $18/month for a premium version of it. My advice: don’t bother.

App is a Money Hole

You need money to even look at who’s in the area, or to even chat, add, or anything. I’m surprised they didn’t charge for the sign up. Won’t be coming back until you give back to the consumer a little more you money hungry goons. Girls on here are trash too. And half way across the world. Like you’re setting people up to get scammed. You should take a look at your business plan/model again and make some adjustments. If I have to pay ima pay for something credit me like tender. We don’t what this app is or even heard of it and you charging to swipe. 😂

Dear customer, you can claim free diamonds in oops every day. More diamonds are sold to generate revenue to keep the oops running, We hope you can understand.
