What a way to accomplish my New Year’s resolutions!
I’ve tried post-it notes and lists on the refrigerator—but those only work while I’m home. Finally, a friendly reminder that follows me around! I’m hoping with enough reinforcement from this app to incorporate new healthy lifestyle practices into my daily life. Love it!

More “To-Dos” Get Done
At first I thought I’d just need one reminder to “Drink More Water,” but now I have several set that are helping me conquer the “To-Dos” that I tend to forget or put off. Also, I have a newborn, so I love it for “Tummy Time” reminders for the baby.

Why not set an extra reminder for things scheduled?
Sometimes it helps to get random reminders about things already scheduled. At least that’s what I use it for.
