Phenomenal App that is worth every penny!
WOD Gen is possibly the best cross training, HIIT, functional fitness, and CrossFit app available. It’s super easy to generate a workout using the app. The filters are easy to use and allow for total customization of the workouts. Highly recommend WOD gen for anyone looking to add to their workouts, improve their fitness, or mix up their current training.
Super straight forward, love it!
This one is so great! Rarely leave feedback, but I love how simple this app is, no BS, just WODs, easy to start and save your favorites. Would love to have an option to add results, or even better as integration with Siri Shortcuts. I would pay for that!
