App needs to be updated
The app is glitchy and buggy. Deliveries are about once a week for me, but catching them has been a pain using the outdated platform on the app. The app is so limited, you can’t even go in your own settings. When you press “settings” in your driver panel the app will take you to a white screen that says “coming soon.” Yea, ok lol. It’s been 2 years and still says “coming soon.” Rapidus has an ‘if it ain’t broken, it don’t need to be fixed’ policy. Which I suppose is a step better than the average slumlord.

Thank you for your feedback, please make sure to update your app to the most recent version (1.21 as of today). It includes an number of bug fixes and improvements comparing to 1.15 that you are reporting about.
It’s nice to have something on the side to make some money from, $70 for driving 45miles in 2 hours is worth it to me. Compared to DoorDash it might take you 4-6 hours to make just $50. I work my main job by LA and I get many requests for deliveries. Good thing to do is not totally rely on it, some days I don’t get any delivery requests, some days I get 5 different ones. It’s up to you to be online and ready but that doesn’t mean you have to wait all day to do it.

Thank you for feedback. It really depends on the area and hours of your availability, but you are right that flexibility and pay is very different than of the similar gig jobs, as we value professional partners.
Rapidus is #1
The last guy leaving a bad review trying to make this career is silly. Rapidus has plenty of deliveries if you live in big cities and not on the beach. Its a good side income and the app works great. There are many on demand delivery apps and they struggle to find clients but Rapidus clients tell there friends and other businesses. Thank you for everything. -Aaron M. Driver
