We have developed a system that can be used by a single agent to help them match their own buyers and sellers to uncover more double-end opportunities. Additionally, entire brokerages can use Raven as their own system to streamline their process of sharing needs, wants, and plugs information.

Raven helps agents convert more leads into signed listings by allowing access to buyer demand data without ever sharing any property information. We also help agents find more inventory by matching up their buyer needs with other agents who have coming soon, office exclusive, and active MLS listings.
Simply put, Raven matches in-market buyers and sellers in real-time through a network of verified real estate agents from any brand or brokerage.

1. Buyer and seller matchmaking: Securely share your needs, wants & plugs with other agents. Receive matches on listings for your buyers. See what the actual buyer demand is for your seller leads and convert more of them into listings.
2. Mobile-first platform: It’s simple, fast, and easy… the buyers tab shows all the matches for your buyers and the sellers tab shows all the matches for your sellers. Matches are unlimited.
3. Integrate with other platforms: Integrate your CRM and lead generation sources within Raven to easily sync your buyers & sellers.
4. Agent and client privacy: No matter what, your client's contact information is never displayed. You have the option to approve or deny any potential matches before any information is shared with other agents. It's in your hands. We also require a license number and MLS ID in order to utilize the platform so you know you're always working with a verified agent.
