Update Issue (10/19/24)

After several tries of trying to update my “Mantis 72V Terrain” it finally went through but when I woke up the next morning (10/19/2024) i had to update my bike again. I don’t know but we’ll see if I have to continue to update my bike everytime I turn it on.

No basic instructions

I’ve searched their website, I’ve checked my owners manual, I’ve checked their app… I cannot find instructions or anything on how to turn on, or make the Bluetooth on the 72v mantis findable/searchable so I can pair my bike to my phone and control everything… I’ve contacted Rawrr by email and that chat service on their website with no response. Without being able to pair the two, the app is useless.
