No basic instructions

I’ve searched their website, I’ve checked my owners manual, I’ve checked their app… I cannot find instructions or anything on how to turn on, or make the Bluetooth on the 72v mantis findable/searchable so I can pair my bike to my phone and control everything… I’ve contacted Rawrr by email and that chat service on their website with no response. Without being able to pair the two, the app is useless.

Bluetooth dongle

I’m very disappointed with the app and Bluetooth dongle. When I plugged in the dongle and connected to my phone I proceeded to update the firmware. After the update I turned on the bike and the forward and reverse functions were opposite. After spending an outrageous 166 dollars for a 10 dollar Bluetooth dongle I expected more functionality and less problems.
