Best app and best rate but needs costumer services

It’s very cheap prices for calling around the world . Previously the minutes were more but now they have become greedy and cut short the minutes. Plus they have the worse costumer service and IT people working for them .once the app doesn’t work they are sleeping and don’t bother to fix it. Please don’t cut the minutes plus make your app easily working and hire professional to make the app upto standard. It’s like a old window app. Sometimes crash by itself. And frequently shows network missing. You are taking costumers money then you should provide them great business in return.
Recently they raised the prices for various countries like 500%. Who in earth jumps from few percent to hundreds percent. Was getting like 400 minutes to uae for 10 $ now getting 90 minutes. That’s very disappointing. Was using it. Everyday but now can’t use it anymore. Very disappointed.

Seems like a scam

They only have a few customer service employee. Some of them switch up names to assist you if your not satisfied with the customer service you will still be stuck in the same loop. There is no manager on site. I have been using the app for a while, use to use their cards. The app is horrible. Created a new account recently. The email won’t let me log on saying “record not found” when I go under forgot password I do get the email back with the password but the app won’t register the account saying account not registered. I called in for help the customer service assistant got all my personal information including my full credit card and we unable to fix my my log in issue. How do we know our personal information is not bring sold especially credit card information. I gave it three stars because even though the app is horrible once the set up is up and running the system works. But there is way to much trust being put forth on these guys who most likely are running a scam, maybe robbing people of their personal information there is no way of knowing.

My new favorite calling app

I’ve been using two other call apps for years now and was looking for something different that had better quality of a car, and I found this on the App Store. I am very pleased with the call clarity. I even got a two dollar credit when I first downloaded it and surprisingly it lasted for two or three days. I’m very happy with my change. I’m actually going to delete the other ones. But so far. Fantastic.
