  • Great app if you want to feel like you’re banking in 2012 again.

    I really do enjoy RBC as a bank but the mobile application misses so much key features that almost all modern banking applications include. 1. Debit card and credit card locking.2. Proper transaction history.3. Time information on transactions.4. Being able to manage investments online through the application. (Such as selling or reinvesting dividends)5. Proper notification support (incoming wires, processed transfers, transaction notification)6. Budgeting features and NOMI support like the Canadian version of the application.The list goes on and on. Really would like to see more features added to the application as it truly feels barebones. It doesn’t even correctly display the payment due date on the credit card section!! Information on the account screen such as the account name is also hidden behind the dynamic island on iPhones. All in all a decent, barebones application with lots of room for features and improvement.

  • Couple of UX issues

    This gets the job done and is functional and I recommend it. Here are my concerns: in the latest update, the text is dark and I can barely read it. As I type this, I wonder if it’s because I’m in dark mode on my phone but I haven’t verified. In any case, it’s very hard to use. Second is not really the developers fault but I don’t know where to leave the feedback. The Entrust integration could be better. I use Entrust with other banks. Eight numbers is overkill and hard to remember when the app has no copy and paste ability. Second, having it every time you log in is also overkill. I’d prefer it when you are sending money to someone. Third, on the website, when presented with the screen to enter the number, set the focus to the text box to save a click. It’s a small thing but easy to implement. Other banks do it.

  • Won’t work on my iPhone 13 Pro Max

    This a great app been using this for years but this year I got the iPhone 13 Pro Max and when I log in to my account and trying to see my balance on the app it keep on saying trying to fine a a better connection. I don’t know if it’s my phone or the app please can you look it to it

  • Credit card amount available

    I ‘ve been using this app from inception it has gotten better over the years,the problem I have currently with the app is I’m unable to see my available balance on my credit card,can you all please do something about that please.Thank you.

  • Works, but could be better & less buggy

    The app is working for the major functionality but it crashes when you try to view the details of an Alert. Additionally, there should be an area where you can view your pending transactions similar to RBL’s app (which also has its caveats, but still - lol). That would greatly improve the service.

  • Decent but has some bugs

    Have been using the full version of this app for a few months now and it has worked well for my purposes. Over recent weeks it has been crashing when I attempt to read the secure messages and alerts.
