Welcome to the official interactive mobile app for the Ron Clark Academy House Points System. The Ron Clark Academy House System is a dynamic, exciting, and proven way to create a positive climate and culture for students and staff. Using RCA’s methods will help your school or district confidently implement processes that build character, relationships, and school spirit. Our guidelines are designed to give you a streamlined framework that can be applied to various learning environments. The RCA House Points System supports the RCA House System — both work together to create a fun and healthy competitive spirit amongst the Houses. Points are collected throughout the year by each student (counting toward their overall House’s score) to help
determine the champions at the end of the year.
The Ron Clark Academy House Points mobile app is a great new tool that:
* Allows teachers and staff award points to a student or house for academic excellence, character, performance, school spirit, and much more.
* Allows parents to view a historic log of points earned by their child.
* Gives parents the option to receive SMS notifications telling them that a teacher or staff member has awarded points to their child.
* Allows staff to include a note telling the parent why the student earned the points.
* Allows parents to celebrate their child’s achievements after school.
* Allows parents and staff to view a scoreboard of points earned at their perspective schools.
* Also allows parents and staff to view the national leaderboard for RCA's four Houses.

Ratings and Reviews
EVERY school should use this app!
As the mother of three children whose children attend a school where this app is used, I absolutely LOVE the info that it provides. Immediate positive feedback when one of my children do something well is always welcomed during the school day. The display screen in the lobby of the school is amazing and it’s great when I happen to be there and I get to see one of my children up on that board! The whole system has helped my children feel loved and included!
Wonderful app!!!
This app makes it really easy to add points into our house system inspired by the Ron Clark Academy! I LOVE that I can enter multiple kids at the same time...and it loads really fast! The ability to see kids instantly on the scoreboard is so cool! Parents can easily see the points their child is earning, which helps communicate that positive feedback between school and home!
Slow and Inefficient
This app, although a good concept, is not great. Our school has a house system similar to Ron Clark Academy and we purchased the app for the whole school to use and even installed several tvs throughout the common areas so show the house points. But the app is crazy slow and often students names won’t load even after typing in the first and last names. Then even when they do load it still takes way too long to give the students a house point. We also have issues about once a month with the app just not working at all. It’s a nice idea but needs lots of work.
