New! Report violent events within RCM. This information will IMMEDIATELY be shared with your client and/or lien holder and stick to the VIN and address indefinitely to ensure other agents are alerted, allowing them to make an informed decision before they accept a known violent case.

Horrible

I would give it a negative if I could. It’s supposed to help with wrongful repos but causes room for more instead. I’m constantly having to call at least twice a day, cases won’t upload, documents won’t go through or the whole case just completely disappears. When you try to call for help half the time they don’t actually fix the problem or when they do fix it another problem accuse. This company is one of the worst things that’s happened to the repossession industry.

Terrible App

Constantly having to deal with connectivity issues, glitches, reports not sending to clients… the list goes on and on. I have been in the recovery business for 10+ years and this app has done nothing but create problems. Several assets have been left behind due to the failure of the app. This app causes a management and field production nightmare.

Worst app and company

This whole system is a joke. You’ve made repossession so much harder. This app and system are completely unnecessary in today’s technical world, yet somehow we’re still using this dumb app. Banks need to GET AWAY from RCM completely.
