أسوء حاجة - worst among all online delivery businesses out there

الطلبات كل مرة فيها مشكلة مختلفة، حاجة منتهية الصلاحية، بيض فاسد عادي، ميزان ناقص النص، حاجات خطأ غير المطلوبة، حساب ملخبط، وفوق كل ده عدم احترام من خدمة العملاء، وبعض مندوبي التوصيل منتهى عدم الاحترافية.. المفاجأة، لو صبرت عليهم وحاولت تبلغهم يمكن يحسنوا من أدائهم و يعالجوا المشاكل، تخيل يعملوا إيه؟ هيعملوا لك بلوك وحتى فلوسك عندهم مش هتاخدها.. مش خطأ فردي لكن واضح إنه أسلوب صاحبة البزنس كده
If you can be patient when there is an issue almost every order, they cannot! When you report feedback about spoiled eggs, expired products, incorrect items, incorrect weights, incorrect bills, and service/delivery issues, Guess what? They will block you and cease your credit! Not a mistake of a single employee but rather a business scam as the business owner does not seem to be unaware or interested in customer’s feedback

Desperately needs improvement

This app is so faulty that it has stopped me buying anything at RDNA many times. Many photos don’t load, whole menus disappear and reappear. Word are cut off due to bad formatting. The screen is often just blank. Some categories of products are missing. The phrase “No Data To Be Shown” appears more often than products. I’d rather RDNA move to a better app like InstaShop.

I use Rdna every week to get my groceries 😄

My favorite things about it are:
-organic food options
-no packaging/plastic
-same day delivery
-you can pay with a credit card
-very affordable prices
