R.E.A.C.H. Fitness and Nutrition App is a unique “2 in1” fitness and nutrition app. The video-workout programs track cardio exercise, instruct on strength/interval training, balance, and flexibility. They are customizable to the individual’s experience and workout environment, whether in a gym, at home or traveling. Preferences can be set based on your workout frequency, and available equipment. Throughout your workout, you will be prompted to incorporate interval training based on your choice of Core, Abs, Stretch and Heart-Healthy movements. This also keeps your training fun and interesting. Nutrition is the key to health and wellness, determining 70% of how we look and feel. Maximizing overall fitness requires combining the elements of nutrition and exercise; not simply managing one element or the other.

Our food tracker program and portion control guides eliminate the complexity of tracking calories and energy output with its streamlined proprietary “Coin Your Success” system which assigns a coin value to food and includes a process to earn/save coins with cardio activities undertaken.

To achieve one’s weight loss goals, the R.E.A.C.H. Fitness and Nutrition App assigns the appropriate coins to “spend” on food consumption based on the user’s fitness profile and reserves the appropriate coins from their daily coin requirement to help the user “save” the necessary coins. Weight loss efforts can be expedited with additional coins earned/saved from cardio efforts undertaken. The App also monitors sodium and macronutrients to help the user successfully reach their healthy lifestyle goals.

YOUR COACH
Each premium subscriber may register for a complimentary fitness consultation with Val. Val, also the inspiration of the app, is a successful fitness coach and understands the relationship between nutrition and fitness. Her aim is to facilitate reaching your health and fitness goals, which in turn will improve your quality of life. She will be your coach throughout this app and is available for an initial online consultation. Val’s goal is to make your health and fitness journey enjoyable.

The fitness app you NEED!

Highly, highly recommend!

This app is so well organized, customizable, and includes everything you need to stay on track with (or set) your health goals.

You can feel the trainer, Val’s, positive energy coming through and cheering you on. It’s like she’s right there in your home supporting you with your workout.

You set your goals and customizable easy-to-follow exercises are laid out for you. You’re shown exactly what you need to do that day so you don’t have to figure anything out.

Clear videos on how to execute each exercise along with written instructions if you want more guidance. There are alternatives presented for each exercise so that no matter what you’ll have an option that will work for your needs.

Oh, and there’s even a place for you to store your own notes within the app.

Then there’s the nutrition piece. We all know exercise alone isn’t going to do it. The fact that the exercise and nutrition are both within the app is perfect.

And the simple recipes included are so great. Easy, healthy and delicious.

Basically everything is there laid out for you. The only way it could be any simpler is if somebody were to jump out from the screen and go do your shopping, meal prep and exercise for you!

Total fitness package

This is perfect if you’re looking for a single app to use for a customizable fitness routine and food tracker. What I like most is the flexibility of the workouts - there’re options for travel, gym and home workouts (especially useful if you work from home without a lot of equipment).

I also like the variety of exercise options to choose from. I have limited space, so not all exercises are feasible or I don’t have the equipment. Being able to choose the workout for a given muscle group is amazing and I love the videos (so helpful to follow without being in person with a trainer).

Highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a holistic and flexible personal trainer and nutritional experience.

It’s got the 3Cs … and more

This is an AWESOME 2-in-1 app!! All your Fitness & Nutrition needs in one place. It’s very Convenient, Customized and it’s Comprehensive … AND it gets even better; Val offers her expert consultation in areas of both Fitness and nutrition.

I had the pleasure of using the app during the trial period and I always looked forward to my workout/nutrition routine. I’m really excited it’s now available to everyone. Yeaay!
