Awesome app but...
I love this app because it is so easy to find people to talk to, especially outside of the U.S.
The main problem with it is the notifications. At first there was a notification in my DMs but I couldn’t find who it was from nor would it go away.
I tried reinstalling the app, and, while I don’t know if it was a glitch on my phone or not, I couldn’t get the app to send me notifications.
After this I again tried seeing if reinstalling it might help, and it did as I can get notifications. Now the issue is I’m being send around 2-5 notifications for a single message even after I open it and reply.
I do still enjoy using the app, but after we get to know each other we always go to a different app so that the messaging system does glitch.
Another issue I’ve found is I’ll get notifications for messages sent to me, but when I open the app, sometimes they aren’t there.
Like I’ve said before it’s a great app to get to know people but it’s just not a relevant app to use after you get to know them better.

Hi Frusit - Thanks for your comment and solid rating. Glad you are enjoying Reach! We had a big spike in users yesterday and suffered a short outage of our notification systems. Everything should be working fine now, but if not can you please ping us at email@example.com so we can fix? Thanks!
This should not be allowed
I absolutely love app but they recently did a new update that I’m not fond of. They set a limit of how many people you can contact. I think this is ridiculous because waiting on there response is basically useless. They may be get a ton of request and messages on their account, making it hard to contact everyone. Most people on this app are not regular or don’t use it at all. This makes it hard to get responses from people and it’s frustrating to have a limit.
Another issue due to this update it that my account got deleted because of sending to many request before this update occurred. As they set the update up, it deleted my account. This is ridiculous, not only because I cannot remember most of their names, and the people that are my friends on this app are above the limit of friends. They could text me anytime and think that I just abandoned them because I can’t access my old account. Smh I really loved this app before I got deleted and had the update. 😥

Thanks for your kind words about Reach! We do limit the number of IBF requests you can make without getting responses to ensure everyone has a positive experience in the app. However, we never deactivate an account or make existing conversation inaccessible unless there has been a violation of our Community Guidelines. Can you send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your account info so we can provide more insight on your experience? Thanks!
Just opened the app and have already found some things I wish would be incorporated. I created a group, it says it’s public which gives me the hint that this can be changed to private but have yet to find a way. Please change this. Additionally, there should be an option to update your profile and state the statistics about you and based off these, Reach would recommend groups in our area that match your statistics. Looking forward to updates.
