Reach helps you make Internet Best Friends (IBFs). And we think IBFs are super mega awesome!
Unlike other apps, Reach is the first ever friend-finding app that gives you personalized recommendations based on you, and that’s pretty cool. We don’t let users pay for perks, and we stick with finding you friends, not romance or jobs.
You can join groups that you’re interested in to meet friends who enjoy the same movies, tv shows, hobbies, music, or anything else you love ~more than life itself~.
We use artificial intelligence to give you a personalized Reach Score with every other user on Reach. You’ll get unique recommendations to help you find the best IBF for you. We know it can be hard, so when it hasn’t been your day, week, month, or year for finding an IBF, we’ll be there for you!
If you have a high Reach Score with someone, they’re likely an ideal IBF for you. Yaaaasss!
The more active you are on Reach, the more accurate your Reach Score will be. So get on it!
**HOW DO I FIND MY IBF?**
1) Join a group (or three!) that best matches your interests, experiences, and culture
2) Post your opinions, ideas, and questions and respond to other posts
3) Receive our personalized recommendations of ideal IBFs for you
4) Say hi to new friends in our Conversations page
**HOW DO WE RECOMMEND PEOPLE?**
We analyze your presence on Reach to figure out who your ideal IBF would be. You’re super unique, so we want to get to know you better! Lots of factors go into your personal recommendations, like:
Who You Are: Your age and gender
Your Location: Where you came from, where you are, and where you’re going
Your Interests: What groups you’ve joined and what topics you enjoy
Your Self-Description: How you describe yourself in your Reach bio and emojis
Your Style: What words and phrases you use the most on Reach
Your Network: Who you follow, who follows you, and who you interact with
Your Activity: How often and how much you use Reach
**TAKE THE REACH CHALLENGE**
Take the Reach Challenge and introduce an IRL (in real life) friend to Reach!
We bet your IBFs will score higher than your IRL friend…but you never know until you try!
Don’t worry, you can keep both friends; all are welcome on Reach. :)
**NO STRINGS ATTACHED**
Reach is free, now and always. No monthly fees, upgrades, or in-app purchases.
We don’t have ads, and we don’t share data.

Ratings and Reviews
Just opened the app and have already found some things I wish would be incorporated. I created a group, it says it’s public which gives me the hint that this can be changed to private but have yet to find a way. Please change this. Additionally, there should be an option to update your profile and state the statistics about you and based off these, Reach would recommend groups in our area that match your statistics. Looking forward to updates.
Great for making new connections
You can connect with people in your neighborhood or across the world. Ever wanted to talk to other people who left your country and settled where you live? How about a specific interest ? This is the app for you.
I chose to not put my hometown, aka where I live because I don’t want random people I’ve never met having that type of info. So I selected the “skip” button in that area. Although I skipped it, it suddenly had my town listed in the public on my profile. I personally don’t remember allowing the app to access my location so I’m a bit weirded out. Idk if I would trust it, so I ended up delisting my account. The app is a cool idea but I’m just not a fan of that feature
