I have enough in my balance to unlock the next chapter of a book, but it’s telling me to make a purchase of coins when I have plenty in the balance I think y’all have a error going on there please fix

I’ve downloaded quite a few reading apps. See the story ad pop up, get caught in the first 3 chapters, go and download book, reread chapters (because it changes sometimes) and boom. They hit you with the “top-up to read more chapters”. Go and look at the little rewards and claim or do any you can without spending money, and you get the “insufficient amount of coins”. No option of watching a video, no clue as to how many coins to unlock chapters, just a “top-up” button. And even still, you don’t have any idea of how many coins you need, to know which option to buy. Started a book I’ll never get to finish reading because why pay for something i don’t know how many coins i need for.

This app is seriously 100% in money hungry scamming app. I downloaded this app because there was a story that I really wanted to read all the way to the end until I got to the sixth chapter aura says I have to buy coins for $2.99 not everybody can afford to buy things like that. So the developer needs to change their tactics or they will lose a whole lot of customers. I’m just gonna have to find the book that I was just reading and another app that actually lets me get free chapters by watching a video.

Someone is using my Facebook account and the card linked with it to buy coins or books using this app. I’ve tried contacting the app developer for help but the email address is fake, there is no way to delete the account or remove the card info, and I’m now very concerned that I won’t get my $300+ back from them, and since I am disabled I am on a fixed income and unable to work so that $300+ is money I need for food, medication, rent, bills and such. I hope the developers see this and contact me to resolve this ASAP
