"Reading List" app will help you out!
You can access your saved web pages anytime, anywhere and on any device!
Howto:
・ You can add the site to the list by pressing the (+) button or by selecting the "Reading List" app from other app's Share Extension.
・ You can access from other devices by signing up.
・ You can delete sites that you have read by long pressing.

Not complete
You can read webpages in the reading list app, but you can’t save them, share them or copy the url to paste in a browser to save them or do anything else aside from take screenshots. I opened an account to see if there was more functionality but it just deleted everything I had already saved to reading list.
More like a class project was released before it was complete
