Please fix it

Ideally, this is very good app. However, it doesn’t work expected as the way it is..like I can’t download audio after I make purchase. Please fix it. Thanks.

Not working!!

I like the features of the app so I paid to get the listening and the reading features. Thank God I only picked 2 or else I could’ve wasted more money. The listening section is not working and says downloading failed try again but even if you try it says failed try again. This app is a scam! I have to leave a review so no one can get scammed of their money again.

In app purchase not supported!!

I have this app on my iPad. I purchased the 90 article package. It said the purchase was successful. They charged me on my credit card. But the app says it’s not supported. It says “the data could not be read because it isn’t the correct format” it’s the app it should support the format! Doesn’t make sense. The app support website is broken! There is no way I can contact the customer service! If anyone out there the app developers can fix this? Feeling ripped off
