Description
Ready is an open-ended software creator that enables anyone to create games, apps, and software without any previous coding experience.
Afraid of coding but want to learn? Then Ready is for you. Built on Unity3D - a professional game engine - Ready designed to teach you how to “think in code” through an accessible visual interface. Your projects can then be played on iPad, Mac, and PC.
Choose from a library of hundreds of objects, programmatic behaviors like “bullet” and “tilt to move”, along with special effects. Coding becomes simple-- “WHEN this happens, DO this”-- accessible to just about anyone. And if you already know how to code, push the app to its limits and make some awesome “ready made” scenes to show off. You’ll be amazed at how much fun Ready is.
Come build and explore new worlds!

Not a pro app; Kinda frustrating using trackpad
The update is really nice. However, it is user-unfriendly on many levels.
I can see how it could be friendlier for young users, but forget trying your hand at game design with this tool if you are accustomed to more advanced softwares.
The actions are very much non-comprehensive, at least with a trackpad. I attempt to click something. Nothing happens. I assume it is the slowness that resulted from updating to High Sierra months ago. I click again. Nothing happens. I double click. BOOM! It does what it's supposed to do.
What on a Mac— besides folder navigation— ever requires double-clicking? Also, when I tried moving an item, it wouldn't tell me that I need to click first on the object and then on the place I want it to go for it to randomly appear in the approximate place I click. The cursor doesn't even change to indicate that a second action should be performed, like most programs would. Whatever happened to clicking and dragging?
Another trackpad issue: to select an object, it rejects my "tap to click" and insists that I press.
I think it is really neat that it can include GIFs... but srsly what's the use? Now I can look up giphys. I can say it is better than the "GIFs" app (with the kitten on TV icon).
download files
love the app but maybe you can give the people files so they can play the game with files
its good on anything but apple
I tried to make a game several times and it logs me out and freezes. Then when i do get it to work for a second it makes me click on an obect between 3 - 8 times before i can move it or anything. needs a massive update before anyone can use it on apple. i have the same issue when i use my iphone as well. the only system it works on with no problems is my cheap chromebook. my one star however is due to the apple interface.
