My LLC uses this app to do our estimated budgets on the homes we purchase and flip. I like it’s ease of use, the details you can break a buy/fix/sell down into financially, and the reports I can create and email to others right from the app on my phone or tablet. Tom Foy
Very limited app
Does not do any financing or repair costs even if plugged in. Only calculates purchase price and sale price. Can not contact support. Financing does not factor in even if you plug all factors in and hit save.
If you have atleast half an hour to calculate everything yourself then maybe you might like this. If you are looking for a flip calculator that does most of the work for you then this is absolutely not the one for you. I’m honestly very surprised how bad this is especially since it actually costs money. Contacting support has been discontinued on the app so I can not get a refund. It’s only $5 but for how bad this app is I have to say this is a total scam.

You are not correct. The app is very detailed and does calculate all the items in the description. The app calculates all the items specified in the description including over 200 repair items, buy, sell, hold expenses, cash required, financing 1st, 2nd and interest only loans, you can add photos, map and create custom PDF reports, and much more.
Flip
We have flipped 13 houses so far and and this little app has made us so much money. We can walk through a house and come up with a decision in minutes on whether the house will be profitable. We are usually within a thousand dollars of the profit. So easy to use. Love it!!!!
