Frequency, format and delivery of issues are subject to change without notice. Double issues, when published, will count as 2 issues. We reserve the right to substitute gifts of equal or greater value. Applicable sales tax will be added. Offer void in Vermont.

Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your iTunes account will automatically be charged at the same price for renewal, as stated above, within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

Still having trouble with iPad mini app

All of the issues available to me will not show up on my iPad Mini5. I’ve completed all the troubleshooting steps: syncing, restoring purchases, deleting and redownloading the app, turning the iPad off and back on ...nothing works. Can someone help?

In this new app upgrade you need to go to Account > Sign in > Print + Digital Subscriber then enter your 10 digit account number or email address. You will then get access to you magazines. I have a paid subscription thru 2024 and cannot open up new issues, it’s telling me I have to pay for the issue… this has to be the 2nd most frustrating app since the IOS update. I’m getting no technical help at all … when I requested refund thru Apple I was denied for reason unknown. It’s bad enough I lost all the issues of Martha Stewart’s magazine that I had for years. It’s sickening when I see the celebrities who push there products, books etc that live like queens off people like myself who have supported them for years.

App not working

Despite the fact that I have an ongoing subscription, the App Library will only show issues up to November 2021. The December and Jan/Feb issues show upon the front page of the app but not on the App Library. When I try to download from the front page, the app tells me I have to pay for them and subscribe, even though my subscription is paid thru the iTunes Store til November, 22. I tried resetting, deleting and redox loading the app and still get the same results.
