It also shows how people perceive their own direct environment, their opinion about that environment and how they adjust their personal behavior accordingly.

RealDrives uses group dynamics to provide insight into team patterns. Teams are more than the sum of the individuals.

RealDrives has many areas of application. This includes, but is not limited to, utilization concerning collaboration in teams, coaching, leadership, recruitment & selection, communication, change and transition.
