This app never allows you to sign in, and it’s not that I’ve forgotten a user name or password it literally glitches and will not let you sign in one day it’s up and working fine and the next day it won’t work at all and it’s down for months at a time and then bam it’s back up and lets me sign in again no rhyme or reason. I love the functionality of the app when it works but it’s literally only works 15% of the time so it’s not worth having

There is absolutely no reason why my massage chair needs my personal info in order to use the controls. The only reason to collect this info is so that they can use it for spam emails.

PS6500 not connecting via Bluetooth

Followed directions as provided and the app does not detect the PS6500 chair automatically nor when adding manually. My Bluetooth shows it’s connected but the app doesn’t. DO NOT RECOMMEND
