Works well and a great place to start
The app does everything we need it to do, is easy to use, and is great to find general information on properties and agents. It would be more helpful to have filters that allow to search for HOA due amounts and a car/transit commuter score.
Dark map, lots of crashing
The transition to a dark map is makes the app much less appealing to use and harder to pull information from the graphical interface (this is probably why no map app uses black or dark gray to represent land or water). Similarly Zillow and Redfin use conventional colors for a very good reason. This introduces unnecessary unfamiliarity to the app where standard conventions of white, green, blue work very well. Adding to this, the app crashes when settings are modified. For example setting a different date range crashes on my iPhone 10 with latest OS. It was never a fantastic app, but I’d always hoped that the next upgrade would bring it closer to industry standards like Redfin or Zillow, not into a clunky and inscrutable dark mush.

We resolved the issue with the "Listed Since" filter in our most recent update (4.0.11). Okay but needs improvement
It would be helpful if HOA fees were included and if the filters actually worked. You cannot successfully search for detached homes without the search results including townhomes and condos. In addition, the map function does not pinpoint where manufactured or mobile homes are located when the address includes lot numbers.
