Won’t log in
When first logging in, the app supposedly sends a confirmation link to the user’s email. The catch is that email never arrives (obviously tried several times, checked spelling and spam nos). Leaving 2 stars (not 1) because customer support was quick in responding to my raising the issue - though all they could say was that there have been several reports like this and that they would raise it to the technical team.
