Rebound is an app designed to support you in your trauma recovery journey.

After trauma, our brains and bodies can get stuck in Survival Mode, leaving us feeling on high alert, anxious, easily triggered, numb, and disconnected. Our brains and bodies can feel like the trauma is still happening, long after it’s over.

Rebound helps your brain and body get out of Survival Mode by guiding you through Storytelling Sessions that help you reprocess your underlying traumatic memories. As you regain control of your nervous system, you’ll find yourself better prepared to access deeper levels of healing.

Rebound was built by a team of trauma survivors and psychologists with the goal of making effective trauma recovery accessible to everyone.

You can use Rebound on its own or with therapy, at any stage in your healing journey.

* Understand how trauma affects your brain and body and engage in self-reflection through bite-sized lessons and activities.

* Begin to process what happened using storytelling methods approved by survivors and supported by science. Totally private, no filter required.

* Track your progress. See real results and achieve meaningful, long-term change over the course of your program.

WHEN SHOULD I USE REBOUND?

If you’re struggling after trauma, Rebound can help by giving you tools to start processing what happened and understand more about what you went through. Rebound can be a great add-on to therapy, or can also be used on its own.

IS REBOUND SECURE?

Your safety and security are our top priority. We encrypt all personal data. Throughout the program, you will be encouraged to tell your story, out loud, as part of your recovery process. Rebound does not record you speaking—we believe your story is yours, not ours.

Rebound's All Access subscription gives you access to all of Rebound's content and Trauma Recovery Program. Priced at $29.99 per week (US). Cancel anytime. Your subscription will be charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of your current period. Current subscriptions may not be canceled during the active subscription period, but you can manage subscriptions and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your Apple Account Settings after purchase.

Best trauma app out there

This is by far the best app available for people with trauma symptoms or ptsd. I have struggled with my own trauma for years and was too terrified to go to a therapist. Rebound was the perfect way to start working on my trauma in a way that was super private but based on real therapy techniques. I appreciate how much it uses science based methods that we know work on trauma. I’ve already felt more comfortable thinking and talking about things that happened to me even when I was a kid, stuff I’ve never told anyone before. This app truly changed my life. This really works

As a clinical psychologist who treats trauma, I have always been skeptical of mental health apps that claim to treat people. Rebound has blown me away. It’s the only app I have ever seen use gold standard trauma treatment and lay it out in a way that any user can follow and digest effectively. The content is accurate, nicely chunked, engaging, and, if followed, will absolutely lead to the treatment of PTSD. If you have been avoiding therapy but feel really negatively impacted by traumatic events that have happened to you, I highly encourage you to try this in the comfort of your own home and at your own pace.

Only wish I’d found this sooner

I’ve been using the Rebound app for a few weeks now and I can honestly say that nothing else I’ve tried (somatic therapy, counseling, yoga, general therapy) has worked as well. I feel a little more like myself every day, and I’m finally not in a place where I get triggered all the time.

The app walks you through why you’re experiencing what you’re going through after trauma, and then it really gently guides you through reprocessing what happened.

Thank you to the people who made this. You’ve done so much to change my life.
