• Household Supplies now shows what you bought: paper, cleaning, toiletries, kitchen and baby care, each with its share. • Change an item's category once and ReceiptIQ AI remembers it for your next scans. • Receipts in another currency keep every printed price exactly, and you edit them in the receipt's own currency. • Paid plans can scan up to 100 receipts a day, and the limit message tells you when you can scan again. • A fresh first-run guide: new installs confirm their language and home currency before the first scan.

• Fixed a crash that could happen when the home chart was drawn. • Fixed: opening Food & Grocery from the home screen right after starting the app could show an empty page. • Messages and alerts now always appear in the language you chose in the app.

• See what you bought: tap Food & Grocery in Charts, or its slice on the home screen, to see meat, vegetables, drinks, snacks and more, each with its amount and share. • The home screen now follows today's date. A month you page back to is a temporary view, with one tap back to the current month. • At a Glance shows your highest-spending day and how this month compares with last month. • Tap a day in the calendar to see what that day was spent on. • New categories: Phone & Internet, Bonus and Other Income. If you already use the app, you choose whether to add them. • Chilean peso (CLP) added. • A reminder three days before a plan you cancelled ends. • Better translations in every language.

• Receipts list: one tap switches between the receipt's date and the day you added it, so a receipt you scanned today shows up right away, even if it's dated weeks ago. • Date ranges in the list and in Spending Analysis now show as numbers on one line. • Spending Analysis is simpler: Category and Calendar. • A smaller, faster app.

• Export items, not just receipts: a new CSV with one row per item, filtered by the item's own category. Handy for pulling gluten-free products, business purchases or medical items out of mixed receipts. • A simpler privacy screen when you first open the app. • One optional question after a scan, asked only once, so we can improve the app for how you use it. • German: category names that match how German household books are kept. • Japanese: 通信費, 特別費 and こづかい added to the Japanese categories.

• Start your month on payday. Choose the day your month begins (1–28) in Settings → Budgets & Recurring → Month starts on. The dashboard, budgets and charts all follow it. • New category: Household Supplies. Detergent, toilet paper, shampoo and other household goods now have their own category instead of counting as food. Thank you for every receipt you send us. It's how we find what to improve.

• ReceiptIQ AI now speaks 16 languages. New: Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Turkish and Korean, for the whole app, receipt scanning and voice input. Screens that still showed English in other languages are translated too. • New home currencies: Polish złoty, Brazilian real, Swedish krona, Danish and Norwegian krone, Swiss franc, Czech koruna and Korean won. • Receipts from these countries are read more accurately: the right total, tax lines kept apart, and their currencies recognised. Thank you for every receipt you send us. That is how we find what to fix.

• Receipts in Korean, Thai, Arabic and Hindi are now read in their own language, so store and item names come through and the currency is recognised. • If a receipt prints no currency and something points abroad, or the amounts are far too large for your home currency, the app asks once which currency it is and remembers the answer for that store. • Converted receipts show every item in both currencies. A receipt that doesn't add up can be reported in one tap, and Settings > About has a "Rate ReceiptIQ AI" row. Thank you for the reports. They are how these get found.

• Fixed: on a new install, the app could close when you finished or skipped the welcome guide. • Family Sharing: the QR code and the camera no longer close by themselves on the first tap, a first sync with many receipt photos now runs to the end, and on the free plan "Create Family" explains who can create a family. The family owner can now remove a device with a visible Remove button. • Receipts: a slightly tilted photo keeps every price on its own line, and when you pay cash the banknote is no longer mistaken for the total. Share a PDF receipt An emailed PDF receipt or invoice can now be shared straight into ReceiptIQ AI and read like a photo of one. Statements still go to Add → Bank Statement. Voice input in your language Voice entry listened in English whatever your language was set to. It now listens in yours. Refunds behave like refunds A refund is recorded against the category it came from, so that category comes back down and your income stays what you actually earned. Two receipts on one day are two receipts Two separate purchases of the same amount at the same shop on the same day are no longer treated as one. Tax and tips on your reports The PDF report and the CSV now open with the period's totals, including tax paid and tips. A short guide when you first open the app Five pages, starting with trimming your categories — worth a minute, because a category added later doesn't re-file what you already saved.

Import a bank statement as a PDF (Beta) The statement screen now takes the PDF from your bank, a photo from your library, or the camera. A PDF is read row by row, so every transaction comes through exactly. Card and account numbers are masked on your iPhone, and a password-protected PDF asks for its password once — it is never saved. A review list that explains itself A refund is matched to the purchase it cancels, and a row that looks like something you already saved is marked. Both start unticked, so you decide. When the rows add up to the total printed on the statement, the list says so. Card payments are left out.

Tax lines stop inflating your groceries Sales tax, environment and recycling fees and refundable deposits now file themselves under a new Tax category. It applies to new scans, so your past months stay exactly as they were. Yen can be your home currency Japan was missing from the currency list, so yen receipts were converted into another currency. Fixed. Your language, your numbers Amounts, dates and the budget line now follow the conventions of the language you use: the euro symbol where your language puts it, no decimals on yen or Taiwan dollars, and date ranges that are no longer half English. Also: steadier charts, and German, Dutch and Japanese text that was still showing in English.

Numbers you can trust. • If a receipt's items don't add up to its total, the app now tells you and offers a quick review. • Changing your home currency re-converts receipts from other currencies at today's rate. • Monthly bills recorded on the 31st stay on the last day of each month. • Renaming a category now updates every receipt filed under it. • Family Sharing: more reliable syncing, and photos no longer swap between devices. • Fixed the subscription expiry date not showing after turning off auto-renew.

Better item prices. Receipts that print a quantity column or a membership line no longer shift prices onto the wrong item. Clearer messages. If a scan can't be processed right now, the app tells you why instead of showing a generic error. Voucher receipts. If a voucher or store credit paid part of a receipt, the app now asks whether to record the full amount or only what you were charged.

ReceiptIQ now speaks German, and every other language got a careful review. • German: the whole app in German. A German-language iPhone opens it in German, or choose Deutsch in Settings → Language. • Spanish, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, Dutch and Canadian French: hundreds of texts corrected, and screens that still showed English now show your language. • The Camera, Photos, Face ID, microphone and local-network permission prompts appear in your language. • German receipts read better: SUMME and "Zu zahlen" totals, Pfand lines, tips and MwSt. tables. • Family Sharing: two family iPhones with the app open now find each other in seconds and sync on their own. Recurring bills no longer double after a sync. Something scanned wrong? Settings → Report a Problem — every report gets read.

Faster, and a batch of fixes from a full code review. • Lists, charts and the dashboard load faster — photos are now loaded only where they're shown. • Editing a receipt with "Keep Receipt Images" off no longer removes its photo. • Edits to a receipt dated in the future are now saved. • Changing a converted receipt's currency in the edit screen now converts the right amount. • Recurring bills keep their category, and bills added from Settings → Recurring now repeat in every language. • Manual, voice and bank-statement entries tell you when a matching receipt already exists. • Cancelling a share from Photos no longer imports the receipt. • Better dark-mode contrast for amounts, VoiceOver labels on the add button and chart arrows, comma decimals for budgets. Sharper scans. The camera now guides you closer before it captures, so small print reads correctly the first time. Better line items. Receipts that print a tax code beside each price now match every item to the right amount. Settings, rebuilt. Five clear groups instead of nine, with Help and Legal inside About and the app version at the top. Quieter Family Sharing. It no longer keeps searching when no second device is nearby. Plus performance fixes and the usual polish.

Sharper capture and better currency handling. • The camera no longer trims the edge of a receipt when the paper fills the frame, so a long total stays whole. • Receipts from Taiwan, Australia and Japan are matched to the currency actually printed on them, instead of falling back to your own. Vietnamese and Indonesian amounts — the ones written as 45.000 — are read correctly too. • Japanese receipts: the amount you paid is no longer confused with the cash you handed over, and receipts that add tax on top now total correctly.

Live receipt capture. Point the camera at a receipt and an outline finds the paper for you. It turns green when the receipt is flat, sharp and well lit, then the photo takes itself, cropped to the paper. Long receipts, glossy thermal paper and dark tables all work. The classic camera is still there under Settings if you prefer it. Receipts in other currencies. A receipt printed in yen, euros, pounds, NT$ and more is recognized, converted at that day's exchange rate and kept with its printed amount and the rate used. Your budgets and charts stay in your home currency. Each receipt can be viewed in either currency with one tap, and Settings → Currency lets you choose which one lists show. Japanese and Chinese receipts for everyone. Until now, an English or Dutch language setting meant Japanese and Chinese text on a receipt was not read at all. It is now, whatever language your app is in. More accurate line items on Japanese receipts: tax-included totals, quantity lines and per-item discounts are handled correctly. A cleaner Settings page. Nine sections instead of fourteen, your plan on a single row, and the things you use most at the top.

Receipts with comma prices are no longer rejected as "not a receipt", and a rejected scan can now be reported to support with one tap, photo included with your consent. Japanese and Taiwanese receipts: prices without decimals (¥1,190, 483) are now paired with their items correctly, so line items match the receipt. Tax-included Japanese receipts no longer gain a phantom tax line. Dutch receipts: "Totaal € 54,68" and similar comma totals are read correctly. Localized total, tender and discount words are no longer mistaken for purchased items.
