Have you ever been driving on the road and someone just speeds by you while almost crashing into other car while switching lanes before continuing to zig-zag their way through traffic? These people should’t get of scot-free!
RecklessRadar is the app to use for reporting those reckless drivers that put lives in danger by not following basic road rules. After a report is completed, it will appear at the www.recklessradar.com portal, which is visible to everyone.
Your information could help protect our roads, so start reporting to help detect unsafe drivers!
This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.

Bad idea executed badly
I'd understand giving the benefit of the doubt to Waze where you'd take caution when it indicates a speed trap or road hazard, and if you took caution when something wasn't there, oh well. Things can be reported as false on waze. But there's no way to confirm or deny or even do anything with somebody who is reported. Worse yet, if it were taken as fact, say a town and country with Ohio plates is going 10 under and you're late to work, so you legally pass them. They get angry that you could have the nerve to drive so fast and so recklessly, so they report you. Even a real reckless driver, ie someone using their phone or driving drunk or doing 40 on the freeway, would have the same consequences as the just one. Even as a concept this app is not helpful to anybody and is an overall net negative on the community as a whole. Apple please remove.
Simple and easy
Having reckless drivers on the road puts everybody in danger, so I'm happy that this app can do the job of reporting these people. I like the simplicity of the look and the ease of using the app as well. I hope law enforcement will utilize the reports well and do the job of teaching these people how they put other lives at risk.
Great way for Karen’s and wannabe cops to act like they know the law
Let’s have an app for Karen’s and wannabe cops to go around thinking they know every law and giving “App tickets”. Please apple let’s not have yet another way for the community to be more divided. I get that reckless drivers needing to be called out BUT having people do so in a app instead of calling the police if it’s that bad of a situation seems petty. Also it seems like a good way for an argument to happen.
