Recora is your personalized fitness trainer and wellness coach that helps you safely recover from heart disease at home. Get back to doing the things you love with the help of our clinical team, live group exercise therapy, and support community. Available through select Medicare Advantage plans.
With the Recora app you have:
PERSONALIZED COACHING: Your dedicated personal coach holds you accountable and can help you address any challenges to exercising at home.
EDUCATION ON THE GO: Curated education from exercise physiologists who specialize in helping you recover from heart disease.
LIVE OR ON-DEMAND EXERCISE CLASSES: Take part in engaging virtual exercise classes that happen live 3-4 times/week. Diverse classes and on-demand options available.
WHOLE PERSON CARE: We’re here to help you with the little things, whether it’s keeping track of your weight, staying up-to-date on your routine health checkup, or remembering to take your medications.
SUPPORT COMMUNITY: Connect with other Recora participants also recovering from heart disease and inspire each other on your path to better health.
Recora helps you maintain a healthier lifestyle and is not a replacement for regular visits to your cardiologist and/or primary care physician. Recora does not issue any medical care and all medical decisions should be discussed with your physician.
