This is a scam. The photo recovery only works after you sign up for their paid membership, meaning whatever files you deleted before this they will not be able to recover because the way this works is that after you sign up for their paid membership, they make a backup of your files, so whatever you delete they keep a copy.

They do not tell this beforehand and they know this is a shady practice but they are in it for a quick buck.

Just purchased the app. I wanted to recover some deleted images of my grandkids. Nothing happens. I go to use a deep scan. Nothing happens. I go to the intersection. Nothing happens. Email seem to work. We’ll see if I get a response back from the creators
If I get any kind of response, I’ll revisit this review otherwise don’t waste your money
