Ok, full disclosure. I was one of the developers of this application. I built this as part of the fellowship program at Buildschool, and I just want to say that even though this application looks per simple, it was really really hard to build! I learned a lot by building this app. The material on this app definitely makes app development feel more straightforward than it is in practice, but I hope everyone is able to enjoy it as a starting point!
Great for learning iOS
Just downloaded the app and expected a freemium model (some free content, but need to pay to unlock everything). Turns out this app is completely FREE. Great for all levels of programming experience from learning about variables to more advanced topics like local persistence and networking!
Better than I thought
Since this app was totally free, I didn’t really have high expectations. The content was definitely better than I thought it would be. Thanks, Buildschool!
