Recuro Care 17+

This was my first encounter with Recuro and I was experiencing flu symptoms and had been to a wedding where others had tested positive. I called Recuro and they immediately called In Tamiflu and advised to call back in two days if symptoms worsened, which they did. When I called back, it was less than an hour and I received a return call with further instructions to try a new protocol for what appeared to be upper respiratory infection and not the flu. In less than 24 hours, I have my new medication and on the mend, all within two calls from the comfort of my home, while recovering.
Thank you Recuro for making the process seamless and effortless during a stressful time when I didn't have the energy to fight or advocate for myself!!! I recommend their services 💯 %

Complete waste of time. I’m sick, I’m having a reaction on my face and I get a call before my VIRTUAL appointment saying they can’t get the video to work. So I take a picture like the “dr” said to do and I upload it. The dr explains once I upload a pic that he would have his team reach out. However when no one called me back I called them and they said they couldn’t help me because the dr closed my case as I didn’t provide a picture during the visit and completely lied in my case notes stating I wouldn’t provide a picture! Since their video visit wasn’t working I simply was following directions and instead of trying to help they did nothing but let me feel worse and took no responsibility for their tech issues and horrible customer service. Furthermore this is now a compliance issue for stating false information. I do not recommend this company and definitely not this dr. He was rude, short and falsified a statement which I now must escalate. Do not recommend.

I am a new patient to Recuro Health and I truly couldn't be happier with their services. Not only has everyone that I have spoken to been pleasant but also efficient and knowledgeable. I only have high hopes that all my care will be taken care of. I just started using their new counseling therapist Summer and hope to see her on a regular basis to help with my life coping skills and from the first minute I felt very comfortable with her and felt my needs would be met. She truly felt like a friend when I so desperately needed one. Thank you to the Recuro staff for everything!
