View our drink menu and effortlessly customize your selection, adjusting the milk, size, or add some of our delicious house-made syrups!

Pay
Load your balance to purchase your drink and tip your barista before you pick up your order. Support Red Bay, support your Baristas - a balance helps fight the order ahead fees and allows us to keep offering rewards and the coffee you love. It’s also a great way to budget!

Earn Rewards
Each order earns you points, which you can redeem in the app for drinks or coffee beans. Your points earned in-store will also show up in the app.

In store usability needs help

If you try to order while in a store you cannot set it to immediately. It defaults to 15 minutes. So you have to go tell a barista thus defeating the purpose of using the app. Worse, when you add credit to the app you can't just order at the counter using a QR code from the app. Finally if you get a code from Red Bay for a discount there is no where to enter it. A lot of frustration. Please improve this.
