Workrede is a modern work platform for the mobile workforce that combines communication, engagement, workflow automation and labor optimization all in one place, bridging the gap to traditional legacy desk workforce systems and processes.

Version 5.0.4
· Broadcasters now have the ability to send broadcast messages to individuals. This is super helpful if you need to send a message to a group of people and maybe 1 or 2 other people who aren't already in that group!
· New lines in messages should now come across properly in both regular and broadcast messages.
· The button to add a team should now work, no matter how you got to the Teams screen.
· We added the ability to highlight the text in your received broadcast messages, which should give you the option to translate messages if needed.
· We patched up a couple minor bugs and added some optimization for some future features that will be coming soon!
Ratings and Reviews
Do not like it
This ‘update’ was NOT ready for release. There are still bugs that need to be addressed. Like the fact that I’ve read all the messages, but it still shows them as being unread. And I have to take landscape screenshots of some things my employer posts, but the ‘update’ apparently no longer allows landscape. GREAT UPDATE, GUYS!!! NOT!!!!
False Badge Notifications
I really enjoy the idea of this app, used by my healthcare facility, as a legal way to communicate information to my coworkers, but have issues all the time with false badge notifications while running the current as well as the past version of iOS. I will go through and open every message, but the badge will not go away. I don’t want to turn those notifications off completely , for the times where they are working , because of how much we have grown to use this app as a needed tool for our daily work. I just wish this issue could be fixed, so I can receive accurate notifications about my messages.
Support Team
I love that my company uses this app! It’s so helpful to connect with literally anyone in my company and keeps me in the loop throughout the day. The reason I’m making this review is because of the support team. Anytime I have a problem or simply just a question, they take time to thoroughly assist. I don’t know how companies communicate without the convenience of this app and personable relationship with the support team who truly care.
