The app originally was not good but usable. It continues to improve good job. Wish I could access a vehicle loan that happens to be under my wife’s name as the primary loan owner. She is not a member so this is very frustrating. Actual people that work at the branch are less than helpful. I will happily never set foot in a branch again.

I've been banking here 15 years and have been delighted with the service and the product offerings. I love interacting with the staff and getting to know them every week. My only comment is I wish you were compatible with the Dave Ramsey tool called Every Dollar. When I tried to integrate, duplicate transactions showed up. Other than that, I have taking out loans, refinanced my house, and created separate checking accounts that all helped me build wealth and manage my money.

For the most part, this is a solid app. Always running into the same issue when depositing checks, though: I’ll usually get an error message of some sort in the first attempt to deposit, after which I’ll recapture this front and back images and retry. That works for me, but it would be nice if it just accepted the first attempt, especially when I have 5 or more checks to deposit at a time.

This app USED to be great. But as of 2 or 3 weeks ago it’s awful. Annoying stuff like not having a pick list of accounts when using the transfer feature or having the list triple spaced. Most annoying is hitting the back button and instead of going back to the account list and balances ( I would call it home) it takes you out completely and the user has to log in again. I’m not sure if the maintenance has changed but I will say it is very amateurish.
