Well now you can with Red Tomatoes, the cross platform, cross ecosystem activity competition board app.
Red Tomatoes integrates with the Apple HealthKit framework to show your activity on a custom leader board made by you or your friends. Just select Apple Heath upon first run of the app and #KeepMoving.
