I have been extremely unhappy with Red Alert. On numerous occasions I have contacted them to ask a question. It takes WEEKS to respond to me and when they DO respond, they give answers that are totally unrelated to what I have asked !Yesterday I was notified that rockets had been fired on Israel.TODAY........those notifications are STILL there....instead of wiping the screen clean to start a NEW day.These Technical Support employees........give a strong impression that they HATE Israel......and are extremely resentful having to answer questions from those of us around the world who LOVE Israel !As far as this Red Alert APP........I detest it ! But, what other choice do I have ?

I configured the settings to get alarms for TelAviv, and my phone volume is on high.The last thing time this happened to me, I deleted the app, and now I'm trying it again and it doesn't make any alerts.Piece of garbage!

Whenever there is a pre-missile alert, I keep receiving it numerous times at least 20 minutes after the actual siren. Additionally, I did not receive alerts for sirens today, even though there were sirens.

I send a test alert and it notifies me. When real alerts happen….nothing. I find out from Instagram. Useless.

When will Pikud Haoref stop blocking this?
