Was great, now more interested in “in app purchases”

I loved this app. I use it a lot but was very disappointed to see that it failed to acknowledge 2I/Borisov, the 2nd confirmed interstellar body to visit our solar system. The other apps I use did. Redshift recently refused to show me a galaxy unless I upgraded. I cannot search globular clusters by typing “globular clusters”. Not everybody knows their Messier objects by #. I do like it’s no nonsense user interface. This is a pricey app to start with. Don’t charge me to see what I bought the app for in the first place and update the app when important celestial events occur!

An Excellent tool to assist in observing the night sky!

I have been using the standard RedShift program for several years and find it very useful for searching and obtaining info on most objects in the night sky. Having a search and display tool that also offers precise positioning is really useful. The follow the sky mode and auto identification of all objects on the screen is a great tool!

It’s at the spectacular. I have been using Redshift Pro programs since the days of the 486 computer. It is so useful and easy to use. It is essentially everything you need to search and enjoy the night sky, and so much more. I am certain that the one star reviews for this app are from competitors, not from true users.
