What’s New
Version 3.6.0
This update gives you the ability to automatically upload your RCU Visa credit and debit cards to your mobile wallet (Apple Pay) through the Card Manager menu. If your card is lost, stolen, or affected by fraud, this update also provides immediate access to a digitally issued card which can be used while you wait for your new plastic card to arrive by mail.

Love the Business but not the app so much
My experience with the app has been mixed over the years. I adjusted my expectations and things have been ok lately, until the Touch ID was disabled unexpectedly and I was essentially locked out of the app while I was traveling and couldn’t use until I returned home.
It looks like there’s a new app available now but after I downloaded it it and attempted to use, I got a message that it’s not available to all customers yet.
I love RCU for the most part but stuff like this app business is frustrating.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you were affected by the TouchID issue we had. That incident should have been isolated to the morning of Wednesday 5/17 and was resolved by 2pm. Members were still able to login using their username and password, but the ease and convenience of biometric login was affected, apologies.
We do have chat available in mobile and online banking that can be used instead of a phone call if you ever run into issues in the future.
We are finalizing development on our new digital banking platform. We have started offering Members invitations to convert to the new system, but we are selecting Members based on services they use that we have completed development on. We are attempting to invite all our Members to move to the new system over the next 3-4 months.
We are blocking Members from registering for the new platform/app that utilize services that aren't available in the new system yet.

I love it
I’m new to RCU. About 1 month. The user face is a bit dated, but it HAS EVERYTHING you need. And it’s easy to find things. Most importantly for me, every-time you make a transaction, they what your NEW balance is and posts it on the bottom right of that individual transaction. My previous bank doesn’t do this and I always had to do the math myself. I really hope this specific feature doesn’t go away now that they are releasing an update. Either way, love you guys!

Hello,
Thank you for the great rating and review! We do have a new website coming in a couple weeks but we will not be changing our mobile or online banking platform this year. We are looking at moving to a new platform but it will most likely not be sooner than the end of next year.
We've worked hard to develop all the features currently in the mobile app, so we will be looking to have those available in any new platform we move to as well.

Can’t paste password
Just updated to iOS 14.1 and this problem was introduced. I use a password manager and when I short or long press on the password bar the screen jumps around, the keyboard gets in the way, and/or the cursor in the bar quits. Please fix this :)
1/24 Edit: Any updates on this? It’s been about 3 months since I posted this and 2 months since it was supposed to be fixed.
3/16 Edit: Thanks for providing the tip about double tapping to paste my password, that allowed me to get around this bug for a while. Today I noticed that the app crashes 100% of the time when I double tap and paste my password. I think you need better QA :P
