Maybe I’m doing something wrong??
Been using the website for over a year and love it. Just found out about this app today. Scanning the barcode sounded very convenient. I tried well over 20-25 times on several of my prescriptions and the best I got was one time it said something to the effect Invalid barcode or something.
No box. Just a red line across my screen.
App has camera permissions.
No luck scanning.
I did punch in a number and went the long route and ordered one. But honestly the website is faster and easier to use.
UNLESS I’m misunderstanding something on the scanning????
At this point I cannot rate very high. Have sent mssg to support. Maybe they can help.
When It Works, It’s Very Convenient
I have tried 11 times with 2 different prescriptions this morning and have yet to submit a request. I have only successfully submitted a request through the app once. It’s easier to use the pharmacy’s phone line. This app is a great idea if it would work.
Don’t like the app.
It works eventually. Much slower than just refilling using the website. I had to request each medicine individually and that was a chore. I had to enter my birthday multiple times and had no option to save my data. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone.

The birthdate is stored and reused for each Rx. This is to allow multiple users for the app such as family members. The previously used birthdate will be used as the default birthdate for a new Rx.
